The FASTRAX™ ADVANCED plant in the photo on the left contains 3 liters of potting mix while the STANDARD plant on the right contains 1 liter of potting mix.
This results in a superior root ball for the FASTRAX™ ADVANCED plant and consequentially speeds up the first year establishment of the root system resulting in a substantial crop of hop cones the first year and every year after.
FASTRAX™ ADVANCED plants are grown for 1-2 years before shipping.
Because of continuing price rises from NZ Post we have started propagation of our hop varieties using PB3 bags instead of PB5. That allows us to fit more plants in a parcel box, limiting the cost of postage to you, without affecting the quality of the plant.
