What is thiolized yeast and why is it important?
Get more flavour out of your hops using any of the yeasts available. White Labs has made a yeast blend that has not only high activity for biotransformation but also provides an all-natural Non GMO blend that contributes to the balance of aroma and flavors known in Hazy IPAs.
Experiment with this new blend and see what new flavors and aromas can be unlocked with yeast and hops! Omega have 4 types of thiolized yeast available, one specifically for lagers. Also Mash Hopping & Phantasm to further increase your thiols. Several recipes included.
CRYO HOPS are the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, enabling brewers to efficiently dose larger quantities of alpha acids and oils in the boil without introducing astringent flavors or vegetative material. They are also perfect for dry hopping where half the quantity is used where they are substituted for the non-cryo pellet. CRYO HOPS can be utilized anywhere whole-leaf hops and hop pellets are used but are best utilised in dry hopping.
