THIS PAGE WILL EXPLAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS, ORDERING PROCEDURE, DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BUYING PLANTS
● PLANTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN NZ ONLY.
● WE ARE UNABLE TO EXPORT.
● Most of our hop varieties are available all year round.
● Between September & April we send growing plants and between May & August we send dormant plants which are checked for viable shoots before dispatch. All plants are a minimum of 1 year old and grown the previous season, unless noted. All hops are perennial plants and will grow for many years. We have seen plants growing that are over 100 years old.

● For NEW RELEASE varieties, our online shop opens for reserve orders in AUGUST each year. These plants are either FASTRAX™ or current season propagation (it will be noted in the shop) and are designated on the website by a red diagonal with the year of introduction. Some of these new varieties are limited in number by the availability of propagation material and are offered on a first come, first served basis. There may be a delay in sending some of these new varieties if they are current season propagation as they are checked for suitable root growth and need to be judged able to withstand the journey to you before dispatch. If you are considering ordering current season propagation plants please do so in a separate order to avoid delays in dispatching your other plants.

● All orders will be sent an email upon dispatch with links to pages of growing instructions on our website.
● Keep in mind we prefer to ship complete orders and send them out on Monday each week (except public holidays). We do not send out hops from mid December to mid January (Xmas & New Year) when timely deliveries of live plants can be problematic due to the volume of parcels, relief drivers losing parcels, stressed postal workers etc.
● For commercial orders or orders of 7 or more hops please email us via the contact page for a direct debit invoice.
● NOTE: Hop plants are perennial and take 3 years to mature and reach full hop cone production. The plants will go dormant in the Winter, regrow from their roots every year in Spring and produce hops for many decades.
