CITRUS / PINEAPPLE / APRICOT / CREAM
TROPADELIC® is an NZ hop that works well in blonde and golden ales making a refreshing beer for drinking in Summer or for that matter anytime. Also suitable for New World Pilsner, Pale Ale and part of an IPA blend. It has tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, apricot and cream and at around 5.5% alpha acids it is excellent when used late in the boil at around 10 minutes before flame out and at flame out and allowed to steep for 20 minutes before cooling and transferring to the fermenter.
TROPADELIC® grows well in NZ producing large crops of hop cones.
